Folk Art

When I label this style of art 'Folk Art', I am referring to European folk art where plants, patterns, and animals are painted on houses, furniture, and household items. It is an art style I have always loved because it brings happiness and creativity to places and objects that can otherwise be quite mundane. Not only does it make me smile, but it encourages me to stop and appreciate simple, everyday places and items.
